Okay, so I just evolved my Spewpa, and it turns out North Carolina gets the Modern pattern (below for your convenience). The funny thing is, my friend tried describing it to me since he couldn't remember the name, and when I asked him if it was the Modern pattern, he claimed it wasn't.

Hahaha, Eoin, you're right, O-powers=broken. Did they make the E4 too easy? How many O-power did you get? I know I've given you a few.

I now have Wheatley the Bulbasaur. Because. Also, more information regarding the Lumiose City save glitch: it seems that it may only occur if a taxi is onscreen, and a possible fix is described here should you for any reason find yourself afflicted by it. I haven't tried any of this myself, so take the information with a grain of salt, but it seemed like a good idea to inform everyone regardless.

That said, Flavio learned Moonblast, so I evolved him. He is now a mighty yellow Florges. Did you know that Florges is only 3'7"? I didn't. W/E he's still awesome.

so i got a kecleon on the first encounter on route 6, caught it and named it kiwi in reference to an rp. caught an espurr named "ears" too, I COULDN'T THINK OF GOOD NAMES, and got the third member of my party: caledscratch the honedge. also red evolved.

Cool Dude/Malamar - Lv. 53 -Superpower, Thunderbolt, Psycho Cut, Hypnosis (he has a type advantage over EVERYTHING dear lord I love malamar)

Blaise/Delphox - Lv. 58 - Psychic, Flamethrower, Mystical Fire, Will-O-Wisp (wasn't will o wisp a ghost move? It's a fire move now)

Flavio I/Florges - Lv. 50 - Wish, Aromatherapy, Moonblast, Petal Blizzard

Sashimi/Barbaracle - Lv. 51 - Surf, Shadow Claw, Strength, Ancient Power (Jeez what a tank. 140/135/137/73/113/92. Love him.)

Ballestra/Doublade - Lv. 56 - Shadow Sneak, Swords Dance, Iron Head, Sacred Sword (213 DEFENSE AT LEVEL 56. GOD. He's impish, what does that mean for his stats?)
E: (impish is +defense, -special attack)

MDR/Blastoise - Lv. 56 - Rock Smash, Water Pulse, Surf, Skull Bash (DIGIVOLVE, INTO MEGA! So great. So. Great. Rock smash is SO POWERFUL IT'S RIDICULOUS. It's great for catching stuff.)

Will-O-Wisp was always a Fire move but a lot more ghosts then fire Pokemon could learn it.

EDIT:
Slight correction: In gen 4 and 5 it was a TM, so a fair number of fire types were able to learn it via TM.

But Vulpix, Litwick and Lampent are the only fire types that learn it via level up. And except for Vulpix, all Pokemons who learn it via level up are ghosts.

EDIT 2:
Will-O-Wisp is a bit similar to Poison Powder in that regard, since some people mistake Poison Powder for a Grass type move, just because it is learned usually around the same level as Stun Spore and Sleeping Powder, both of which are Grass moves. It also can't affect Grass types since the fourth gen and with the exception of Mothim, Butterfree and the Venonat line, the only Pokemon who can learn it are Grass type Pokemons. In fact, all Pokemons who can learn it are either Grass or Bug type.
