Oh man, that's awful. I had shiny Mightyena and Claydol in Emerald. I also found a shiny Smeargle but accidentally killed it. I have a shiny Golduck in Diamond, the shiny beasts from those events, the shiny gen 4 legends from those events, and a shiny Mudkip i got from a friend. My brother found a shiny Aipom in the Emerald safari zone, but it fled.

I only got one shiny, my shiny Woobat.
For the longest time I just assumed that shinies didn't actually exist.

We should probably keep doing them for plot stuff, but I think we can drop them for new Pokémon and Mega Evolutions.

Emphasis on the experiences and not so much HEY CHECK OUT THE VERY TEMPTING THING THAT YOU'D BE EXCITED ABOUT WHEN YOU DISCOVER IT EXCEPT FOR THE PART WHERE IVE ALREADY SHOWN IT TO YOU, OH WELL

Spoiler related stuff just doesn't serve a purpose now that the game is out. We can just play and talk about stuff after it's assumed everyone has experienced that part by then.

Edit: oh and Big C, firstly, they call me d-what and secondly hahaha and thirdly if status = X and WiFi = true then yes I will be your trading partner!

Also, they call me DC, because Double C, because the initials of the anglicised version of my real name is CC. Well, actually it's CEC, but I just randomly thought how cool DC sounds like. So I gave it some rationalization.
Anyway, it's a really cool thing that they gave us this decision.
ps: E-Meister sounds rad, imo.

all those mega evolution are cool SPECIALLY THE SECOND ONE

also as i already said my game is most likely only coming like in 10 days WHICH SUCKS

and tbh i thought it maybe would be a little better, so we dont spoil stuff to other ones who are playing, for each one to sort of make their own playthrough thread and if people want to read it they go and all and then in that thread people can only talk about stuff up to what happened

And we could mark it with the gym badges

Like, if I finished the first gym I'd go and bam [First Gym] SPAAAAK PLAYTHGORUGH N STGUFF

it sounds like it could work for me

it would be basically each person making their own little liveblog of the game, with posts by other people being the equivalents of asks
