since i doubt it's due to space limitations, i'm pretty sure it's to further encourage you to trade with other players because it further limits pokemon availability through the whole "pick one" thing. you can't just start 3 saves and transfer everything to a master save. you have to have only one file.

also because it drives sales. a single pokemon cartridge per household? bitch please. that don't print money like miyamoto wants.

you have to delete the old save first
though not allowing a nonsavable preview for trading reasons doesnt work because you have to save before you can trade or go online so you cant just your starters on the off save and trade them over

I wasn't talking about a non-save-able preview. I was referring to the lack of multiple save files. I should have been more clear. sorry guys, my train of thought doesn't have tracks. It just kind of wanders here and there.

I had trouble with resetting the game, too but eventually it worked...

Skype and me hate eachother. I TRYED to get along, Skype doesn't want though. Blame Skype, not me.

(Have you guys ever looked up the team names that the characters shared in Mario Party, 8 I think? Depending on who the characters paired up with their teams got different names. I think that's what we should be shooting for.)

Carolina is not a state, but North Carolina and South Carolina are (same goes for Dakota, in case you were wondering). HP and I both live in North Carolina, and I think we both live in the Triangle? So that would put us fairly close to each other (when I'm not off at college).

Spark, nelly, and I have gotten more in the habit of pairing just by mashing names almost incomprehensibly. So something like OJ + HP = OverlordP

Nah you need to be VISIBLY excitable. So you would have to use more exclamations and SUDDEN CAPS GUYS OH MY GOD more often. (Muffinz is that you?? Or is it Ninten perhaps??) But you DO have youthful and vibrant grammar so that's a point in your favour.

I started a nuzlocke in B2. It isn't going so well. I went with Tepig and caught a Patrat on route 19.... where he was promptly murdered by a crit.

it probably won't be long. route 20 was a fucking SUNKERN; floccessy ranch was a lillipup. apparently Jerry (Gergich; Tepig) has max IVs in HP. his hp at level 5 was 23. he's level 9 now and has ~35 hp?

Current team is AllTheShine the Sunkern (Childish Gambino song), Jerry G. the Tepig, and Champion the Lillipup. Most of these 'mons are going to be either hip-hop references or Community/Parks and Rec references. Maybe some obscure video game digs too.
