I just don't want to know who gives me a gift. I prefer surprises. So basically I just need someone to randomise for me and a few others while I randomise for that person and the rest.

You'd have to limit half of the people to the known/not known group though. Obviously if I said "okay, I know who you've got. Can't tell, big sekret" and then followed it up with "PS don't let Spark make a gift or assign anybody to octi" it'd be very obvious. Dividing into two makes sense, with empty links at the end of the chain with you in it (that could either link back eventually or encompass the whole bunch. Don't try to do this, by the way. If it happens, it happens. And avoid 1-to-1 gift giving.
