Ballstuck: A Pokémon SBURB RP

Hey, I thought it would be cool to do a SBURB RP with pokémon instead of humans or trolls or what have you.
I cannot be the only one who thinks that this would be fun.

I am thinking I want play either a Growlithe Rogue of Rage or a Miltank [undecided] of [undecided].

i've never roleplayed via forum posts before, and certainly never tried doing anything serious like having assigned classes, but i guess there's a first time for everything...
does our 'mon have to be a first stage? i think i'd like to go with nidorina, but i'm cool with lots of choices.

i think i'll be rogue of space...i mean, i've certainly had enough breeding experince
but if someone else wants space, i'll be mind.

Um... I could probably enter this, though if someone else would want to take my spot later i'll drop out. I would enter a Sandshrew that is the Heir of Time or a pikachu that is Knight of Hope.

I don't think first stages are necessary.
Maybe don't use legendaries or, say, Tyranitar or something giant like that, but Nidorina or something is fine with me.

I haven't yet participated in a sburb rp, but I like pokemon, rping and HS, so it could work?

But that will be weird for me since I am totally a Page of Light IRL.

Of course I'll be a Swinub, but I'll have to do some thinking on my classpect. Classpects are really important to a character, so I need to make sure I choose just the right one.

Hmm I've never RPed before in my life, or even read one, so I'll not participate, but I wanna watch and see how this goes if that's cool.

Anyways I tallied it up and not counting Miscombob we have two rogues, either two knights or a knight and a heir (depending on what SS picks), and a page. And our aspects are rage, space or mind, time or hope, light, and void.

This is going to take a while to sort out isn't it

Well, before I say anything about joining or not joining, what is it going to be like? First of all, the setting: Will it be a PMD-style a-civilization-of-only-pokeymans sort of world, or what? That makes the most sense for this, but the title seems to suggest otherwise, seeing as pokèballs only really exist in the human-based society of the regular pokèmon games.
That's mostly what I want to know first of all.

I dunno if I'm going to be a part of this or not(sort of leaning towards not but hey, if everyone's doing it...), but for now, could nobody take Mage or Light? That's usually what I'd go with, but I can pick a different class if somebody has their heart set on Mage. I've gotta stick with Light though, nothing else fits my tendency to ramble on extensively about things or my tendency to want to enlighten those who are incorrect or uninformed about something.

Wow, see? I totally had no real good reason to write all that there explaining my lighty-ness, I could have just left it as "I wanna keep light and hopefully mage reserved for me for right now cause it fits me", but I typed up all that unneccesary crap anyway. Totally a light player.


Wait, one more thing. Are we putting a 12-person limit on this because that's all the canon classes/aspects there are? If we take more than 12 people, we'd need to either repeat some classes/aspects(which might not be allowed by sburb), or use non-canon classes/aspects(which might or might not even be able to exist). Hey, actually, we have exactly 23 people on this forum at the moment. If one more person joins, and we get everyone to participate, we could have exactly two of each class/aspect. But, that's kind of a ridiculously big session. Maybe we shouldn't do that. Well, we'll see. If only twelve or less people express interest in this, we won't even have to worry about any of this.

I'll choose my heir of time I guess to even things out.

I am very flexible on class and aspect. If I need to not be a Rogue, I don't have to be.
And I was thinking probably a PMD-like setting, but if more people want trainers there, that's cool too!

Can I be an Abra Mage of Void?

In that case if muffinz joins, miscombob picks something else, and someone else joins, then we'll have 8, which is a really good number to go in with.

OJ thanks for coming (and bringing us up to 8 people) but Mage is reserved by muffinz and Void is what I'm knight of.

My vote is definitely for a PMD world. Where there are computers. Because Pesterchum.

Probably and unknown, respectively. I will need to consider options, which is hard to do when one is out and typing on one's phone.

While I like the idea of being a Reuniclus Knight of Mind, I'd sooner be a ME as a knight of mind and anyway I don't really like RPing. Best of luck to you guys though!

Though I have to say, Knight of Void and Page of Light sounds like a really awesome/interesting combination.
