no it is a level 6 normal magikarp

it does know splash, one of the best moves in the game

Fun fact: Splash is not actually the name of the move in the japanese versions, the japanese name means 'HOP' literally, which is why it's normal type, not water type. It's hopping around on the ground, not splashing, after all.

Also Captain, if you're still looking for someone to trade clamperls I'm up for it. In fact I'll probably trade you some clamperls with the scales on as well, so we can just do 2 trades for each one and then we won't need to bother with trading back.

Bleh. No dream world abilities = no competitive starters for me this gen. Most of them are way better with their new abilities anyway

Though is Explosion was de-nerfed I might find a use in Swampert again. He was cool last gen...

Ugh yes they are the gold standard of starters. I want one SO badly. Mind you, all of the Kanto starters are vastly better with their abilities. Then there's Sheer Force Feraligatr (<3), Unburden Sceptile and Speed Boost Blaziken (platinum standard!), Iron Fist Infernape (let's not discuss Torterra AND Samurott...) and Contrary Serperior (!!! Wooh grass types!!! Don't think it'll be OU though)...

Bleh why can't they released already DW Chandelure I can understand (and how) but the starters are just unfair. A highly limited random male is NOT THE SAME!
