Re: The In-Game PokéProject Thread!
Okay... I THINK I've got my own -REDACTED!- now. It has an excellent Hidden Power, a not-divisible-by-four HP range, nature and ability, the Sp.Atk and Speed stats that I wanted...but the Sp.Def and HP are only 22. It's not a wall or tank or even a pivot by any means, but... This niggles at me a bit. On the flip side, Defense is 30.
REDACTED: 20-22/9/30/30/22/30. I think I'm gonna go with it.
Now to find a good nickname! What's a good nickname for a -REDACTED!-?

-REDACTED!-.
Sorry I Thought That Was Obvious.
I finally finished breeding and EV Training too, so my new team is done.
I should really get working on the SS pokemon.

- Spoiler:
- No it doesn't. But I've just realised how useful [POKEMON] would be on this team.

Re: The In-Game PokéProject Thread!
As mentioned previously I am trying to nab all of the Power Items and am therefore going through the Battle Subway. Today I beat Ingo/Emmet (can't keep them straight) so onto the Super Singles line I go

Ingo is the dude in black coat.
Right?
I've also done a little BS today, and noticed that for some reason I had a 14 strike on all simple lines. Huh.
Also, you know what? One day I would like to tackle the multi train with one of you. At least.

I'd multi with someone who didn't mind my somewhat crappy in-game team that I'm using.

That would be me! Hit me up sometime and I'll try it!
My team is barely competent enough to not be a liability I think

It is? That's too bad.
Damn.
Oh well.
Earthquake+Ground immune pokemon is the best way to sweep double trains.

Re: The In-Game PokéProject Thread!
I can't guarantee that my team will be any good for doubles, but it sounds like it would be fun regardless. Also, I have a Hydreigon, so that might work out.

Re: The In-Game PokéProject Thread!
Soooo I finished training -REDACTED!-. Right nature, ability, bought the right item, (yes I am also throwing in an item to the SS, almost everything bar Leftovers is purchasable), decent Hidden Power, scarily good offensive stats, levelled to 50 and a decent nickname. I'm relieved but also anxious. And I don't know what to do with myself until the SS is over. I might just do more Bonus Round Pokemon? I did two prior to the SS results and was about to start on a third. They're all secret though.

Re: The In-Game PokéProject Thread!
Related to that, I've finished my first EV trained Pokémon! It's the SS one, and I made sure I trained stats that were relevent to moves/ strengths. I'm not sure whether to evolve or keep stage 1 though, which determines whether I'll be training the mon to get the best moves, as well. I probably will.

Re: The In-Game PokéProject Thread!
No, I didn't, I'm sorry to say. Seems sloppy, but I wasn't focusing on the IVs/ Hidden power or anything, it was strictly only EVs, and I googled what stats were best for this particular mon halfway through training. I got it almost right, I trained the right stats, though not exactly in the ratio it said.
The Secret Reciever never said they preferred EV training anyway, so it's mostly just a test for myself to make sure I understood the basics, though obviously it's at an advantage than if I just gave it, in case they do end up using it. But now I know Smogon is the place to check! Do they have referencess for every mon?

Re: The In-Game PokéProject Thread!
Hmmm. I think so. Not for every tier though. And only the necessary things, e.g not Charmeleon because who'd use a Charmeleon :/
Wartortle has one though. In any case, Smogon have the best sets. They all go under rigorous sign-ups, testing and quality checks from separate people before being allowed to exist on-site. How was training, anyway? I remember my first time... I was doing it in ones and twos instead of tens and twelves and I lost count SO many times.

Someone who likes Charmeleon and Middle Cup?
Oh, yeah. SS. I should do that. But I'm not in the mood to do IV breeding.
Motivate me, guys, please.
