Zangoose is a pseudo-X-exclusive. You can technically get him, but he only appears in hordes with one Zangoose and four Seviper. And the Seviper attack Zangoose. It's really hard to kill the Seviper before you catch the Zangoose. Would one of you guys mind trading me one?

First tme IV breedng is hard work. Took me near a whole week of playing nothing but pokemon to finally get it down to something near efficient for just 1 pokemon. I'm currently taking a break from pokemon, except for secret santa reasons. You'll eventually learn how to cut down the time immensely. i assume.

you can get a woobat and then just walk around with it while looking for other pokemon to get it to evolve

Yeeeeeah but if Xaber decides he wants a replacement gift for Secret Santa then I'm going to have to have it back =.= or you can trade it to him or something since Ireland is to Australia as the U.S is to China, I.e dead opposite geographically and timezones suck (Though the U.S is pretty large so w/e...)

Incidentally that Hippowdon is 100℅ competitively viable. Just needs an item, other than that there is nothing whatsoever wrong with it.
