Pokemon by Regions Quiz!

Having my dad ask me, "What region does [Pokemon] come from?" for the thirtieth time inspired me to make a quiz, which can be found here.

i kept typoing and ended up with 291/297

Did some testing; time has been changed to 15 minutes.

all correct with just over four minutes remaining

so when are we going to get the version with kalos pokemon to further torment us?

also fun fact the sequence kanto johto hoenn sinnoh unova appeared only once

Alas, the quiz maker only allows for 300 questions.
That's why I didn't include legendaries; there would have been over 300 Pokemon if I did. :<

Whew, 5:09. I have weird moments with Johto Pokemon...

as much info as i've memorized about every pokemon, region/pokedex number is something i've never paid attention to. heck, i don't even know what totodile's number is. i also have legit trouble remembering that gen4 is called sinnoh.

pfff, having not played gen3, i keep guessing most gen3 'mons are sinnoh.

Also yeah I feel like Johto are the ones people get confused the most at

I don't think I'll play it, simply because the english names of the mons from the first three gens still confuse me sometimes...

RadiantRuby and ShiningSapphire are going to happen on the 3DS at some point and you know it.
i'll play them then.

Uh I was getting 0 because I was typing the generation number instead of he region
Like I can be fucked typing the same 6 words 50 times each
Also the fact that you can't press enter and have to actually click next is really frustrating

Idk how people get thrown off by Johto it has the least to remember aside from Kalos

Also at least here as soon as I get the region right it goes to the next 'mon automatically

The thing is, some mons didn't play such a big role in gen two and became much more popular in gen 3, which lead some people to think that these mons are from gen 3.
